Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026-2030 horizon)
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify disruptive opportunities
- Prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our innovation lab
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and secure executive buy-in
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive sustainable technology adoption across product ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS ML, IBM Quantum) preferred
