Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, spatial computing, neural interfaces) for market disruption potential
- Partner with VCs and startups to identify and acquire breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior researchers in speculative design and future scenario planning
- Secure $5M+ R&D budgets for experimental technology incubation projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on product roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum, AGI, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Track record of launching technologies with >$100M market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Experience securing government innovation grants or corporate venture funding
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ technology commercialization successes
