Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation teams in prototyping and validating futuristic solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor global tech developments and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
- Manage R&D budgets and pilot programs for emerging technologies
- Collaborate with academic institutions and industry consortia on future tech standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Track record of launching successful technology initiatives with measurable impact
- Certifications in emerging technologies or strategic planning (e.g., CTO Academy, Futurist Institute)
