Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic integration by 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business growth and market disruption timelines
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and geopolitical factors influencing tech adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor technology ethics and regulatory developments affecting implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or Business Strategy (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
