As part of our dynamic R&D division, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype solutions in AI quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech. You'll translate complex technological possibilities into actionable business strategies while maintaining ethical frameworks for responsible innovation.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology integration across business units
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Analyze market disruption vectors and competitive technology landscapes
- Present technology impact assessments to C-suite stakeholders
- Establish ethical guidelines for experimental technology adoption
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept to prototype validation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching tech-driven products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong data modeling and predictive analytics skills
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating technology strategy implementations
