Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, bioinformatics, Web4.0) for commercial viability
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI/ML deployment and data governance
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify strategic acquisition targets
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ R&D budget for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or decentralized systems
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals preferred
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TFOR) or equivalent
- Experience building ethical AI governance frameworks
- Fluency in Python and system architecture modeling
