Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, evaluating, and implementing emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to anticipate technological disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation lab initiatives and R&D partnerships with leading research institutions
- Drive technology roadmapping for 3-5 year strategic initiatives
- Mentor technical talent and foster a culture of innovation and experimentation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused technologies at scale
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, generative AI, biotechnology convergence
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future studies
