Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess commercial viability for 2026+ applications
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption timelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-forward solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmark against global innovation leaders
- Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage R&D partnerships with leading universities and research institutions
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning or technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology assessment and commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing C-level executives
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in startup or corporate innovation environments
