- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions and business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, biotech convergence) for strategic implementation opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Build and maintain a global network of academic, startup, and enterprise technology partners
- Oversee competitive intelligence and patent landscape analysis to identify first-mover advantages
- Drive organizational change management for technology adoption across global teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating emerging tech into commercial applications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
