Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) with 2026+ impact
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and innovation
- Partner with product, engineering, and leadership teams to align tech initiatives with business objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation incubation projects from concept to prototype validation
- Build and maintain external partnerships with research institutions and startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of anticipating and capitalizing on emerging tech trends
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder management
