Responsibilities

- Lead innovation labs exploring emerging tech paradigms (quantum, neuromorphic, biocomputing)
- Drive R&D partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Build and lead a high-performance innovation team of specialists
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts affecting future adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI, quantum, AR/VR, or clean tech
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Experience building and scaling innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications
- Fluency in agile and lean innovation methodologies
