Responsibilities

- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology innovation strategies aligned with business objectives

- Present technology roadmaps and ROI projections to executive leadership and investors

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., quantum AI, neurotech, sustainable tech)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech into business value
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
