Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and deploy emerging tech solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing labs and AI research institutions
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and board of directors
- Mentor technical teams on future-proofing digital infrastructure
- Drive innovation through quarterly hackathons and external collaboration programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or executive leadership role
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $10M+ revenue impact
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or major industry conferences
- Experience scaling teams across multiple international tech hubs
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global partnerships
