Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps for emerging sectors including AI ethics, quantum applications, and synthetic biology
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with rapid iteration cycles
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-7 year market potential
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives and ESG principles
- Present futuristic visions to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible deployment of exponential technologies
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers to accelerate innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with demonstrable impact on future-facing projects
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, neurotech, or synthetic biology
- Proven ability to translate complex scientific concepts into executable business strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments with rapid prototyping
