Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps targeting 2026+ market opportunities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, bio-integrated systems) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional initiatives aligning R&D, product development, and market expansion
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies for collaborative innovation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee patent strategy and IP development for next-gen technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching successful future-oriented products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market forecasting and competitive analysis
