- Oversee pilot programs for experimental technologies with industry partners
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure technological adoption readiness
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget for future-focused initiatives
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., generative AI, IoT, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certified in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning)
- Experience scaling tech startups or enterprise innovation labs
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
