Responsibilities
- Identify and assess emerging technologies (quantum AI, biocomputing, neuro interfaces) with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Develop cross-functional technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives
- Lead pilot programs for disruptive innovations with $2M+ annual R&D budgets
- Present strategic technology portfolios to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technology adoption
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and R&D sprints
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
