Responsibilities
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech convergence) and develop implementation roadmaps for 2026

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven track record in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or bio-integrated tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published research in top-tier tech journals or conference proceedings
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (NIST, IEEE standards)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
