Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market leadership
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives and industry disruption timelines
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate futuristic technologies into enterprise strategy
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption success and monitor implementation progress
- Represent InnovateCorp at global tech forums and publish thought leadership on future trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven impact in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, advanced robotics, or decentralized systems
- Track record of developing and executing multi-year technology transformation roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., IBM Quantum, AWS ML) strongly preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience scaling technology initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
