Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends and assess commercial viability for enterprise applications
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish innovation partnerships with leading research institutions and startups
- Manage R&D budget allocation for future-focused initiatives
- Drive internal culture of technological experimentation and learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS, or PhD preferred)
- Exceptional data-driven decision-making and scenario planning skills
