Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across enterprise divisions
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions in quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Present technology scenarios to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Establish cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment timelines
- Author thought leadership publications on the 2026 technology landscape
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record in commercializing frontier technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep understanding of exponential technology convergence patterns
- Experience building C-level technology foresight frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption lifecycle modeling
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
