What You'll Achieve:

- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Shape our 2026+ technology roadmap with data-driven insights
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic relevance
- Design and execute technology innovation roadmaps through 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market positioning research
- Develop business cases for new technology investments
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Mentor junior strategists and build innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends (2020-2025 experience essential)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Experience building strategic frameworks for long-term tech adoption
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level experience
- MSc/MBA or equivalent in technology, business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation preferred
