- Build and manage a sandbox lab for rapid prototyping of futuristic concepts
- Represent the company at global tech forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor innovation teams in agile development of bleeding-edge products
- Conduct competitive analysis in emerging tech verticals (Web4, neurotech, etc.)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching products with future-forward impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or synthetic biology
- Experience scaling tech teams across multiple geographies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ tech innovations with market traction
