- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives from ideation to implementation
- Present technology roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Build and maintain relationships with tech startups, research institutions, and venture capitalists
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting our industry
- Drive digital transformation projects with measurable ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR)
- Proven experience building and scaling tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
