Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligning with corporate vision for 2026
- Analyze global tech policy and regulatory shifts to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our innovation lab
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with startups, academia, and industry leaders
- Drive cross-functional adoption of emerging technologies through change management programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 7+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record of identifying and commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in trend forecasting and scenario planning
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Experience managing innovation portfolios and R&D partnerships
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AWS AI Specialty, Google Quantum AI) preferred
