Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026-2030 horizon)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions using AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with market potential
- Establish R&D partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Translate technical innovations into viable business models and go-to-market strategies
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and experimental project incubation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in emerging technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing cutting-edge technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or blockchain
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex technological systems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Portfolio of launched innovations or research publications
