Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in AI governance, quantum applications, or climate tech
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on digital transformation
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
