Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis in emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and proof-of-concepts
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging tech fields (quantum computing, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience developing long-term tech roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Track record of launching successful innovation initiatives in enterprise environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in emerging technologies or strategic foresight (preferred)
