Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, identifying disruptive opportunities across quantum, AI, and biotech sectors
- Develop market-entry strategies for emerging technologies, conducting competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews
- Interface with venture partners to secure $50M+ in innovation funding for next-gen projects
- Chair cross-functional innovation councils comprising engineers, ethicists, and industry disruptors
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership pieces published at Davos and TechCrunch Disrupt
- Oversee pilot programs for quantum-secure communications and generative AI governance frameworks
- Represent the company at global tech summits including CES and Web Summit
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Strategy (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or venture capital within tech/finance sectors
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies with $20M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or decentralized systems (minimum two domains)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from University of Houston) or equivalent strategic foresight training
- Published author in IEEE Spectrum or similar tier-1 technology publications
- Experience securing government grants for emerging tech (DARPA, NSF, or equivalent)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for international partnership development
