Responsibilities

- Identify partnership opportunities with research institutions and startups
- Present technology forecasts to executive leadership and investors
- Build competitive intelligence frameworks for future tech landscapes
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of forecasting and implementing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, AR/VR, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields preferred
- Global perspective on tech adoption and regulatory landscapes
