Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, blockchain, IoT)
- Proven success in launching future-focused initiatives ($10M+ scale)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
