Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to integrate future technologies into product pipelines
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and secure cross-functional buy-in
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and technology pioneers
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess regulatory implications for future innovations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of successfully launching technology-driven initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities with data-driven decision-making
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
