- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture teams
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and technology incubators
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage technology innovation budget and resource allocation for future-ready initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or nanotech
- Deep understanding of technology adoption lifecycle and market dynamics
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and business data
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
