Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026+ innovation horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and emerging fields
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and market gaps
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies or products
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
