- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and key stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research organizations
- Manage a $5M innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Drive internal culture of future-readiness through workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching future-focused initiatives (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of emerging tech commercialization pathways
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight publications
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Certification in Innovation Management or Technology Strategy preferred
