Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with corporate vision and market disruption goals
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with transformative potential
- Architect technology adoption roadmaps for enterprise-scale implementation
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate and integrate disruptive startups into our innovation ecosystem
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-gen solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Innovation Management, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Certifications in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) or technology management preferred
