Responsibilities
- Research and forecast emerging technologies (2026+) with market impact analysis
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives from ideation to pilot deployment
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes for strategic opportunities
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Drive adoption of experimental technologies in core product ecosystems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science/Engineering; Master's/PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
