Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026 technology strategy roadmap through market research and trend analysis
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence) for commercial viability
- Design innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and pilot implementation of breakthrough solutions
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech into existing service portfolios
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Build and manage ecosystem of tech startups, academic institutions, and industry consortia
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes affecting emerging technology adoption
- Develop KPIs to measure innovation pipeline success and technology ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Proven track record of launching at least 2 breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological scenarios
- Credibility with C-suite executives and ability to influence strategic decisions
- Experience building cross-functional innovation teams and managing R&D budgets >$10M
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
