Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, AI governance frameworks)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026+ market potential
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present technology forecasts and innovation strategies to executive stakeholders
- Ensure ethical implementation of advanced AI and automation systems
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept to pilot deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech development
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience with AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Deep understanding of tech adoption curves and market disruption patterns
- Strong stakeholder management with executive-level communication skills
- Published research or patents in future-focused technologies preferred
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP)
