Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps for 2026-2031
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, bio-digital interfaces) for commercial viability
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough innovations in next-gen computing
- Oversee pilot programs for experimental technologies with Fortune 500 partners
- Create ethical frameworks for responsible AI deployment in 2026 tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of launching at least two successful tech products with >$100M impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, or neurotech
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals (Nature, Science, IEEE)
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR, DARPA, CHIPS Act)
- Deep understanding of global tech policy landscapes (US, EU, APAC regulations)
- Certified in Technology Strategy Management (CTSM) or equivalent
