Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex technical concepts to stakeholders
