Responsibilities

- Lead horizon scanning for breakthrough innovations in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Partner with product teams to incubate future-proof solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological readiness and adoption
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with 20+ technical specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record launching commercialized emerging tech products
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/AR/6G)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents/papers)
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and rapid prototyping
