Responsibilities
- Research and forecast emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact potential
- Develop strategic implementation roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen digital experiences (AR/VR, Metaverse)
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech practices
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to incubate future-focused solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI/ML, or Web3/blockchain technologies
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech transformation plans
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Leadership)
- Experience scaling innovation labs or corporate venture units
- Strong network with global tech research institutions (MIT Media Lab, Singularity University)
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
