Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, focusing on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch minimum viable products for emerging technologies
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Secure partnerships with research institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies for ecosystem development
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure ROI and impact of future technology investments
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive leadership with data-driven insights
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Track record of launching successful tech products with >$50M revenue impact
- Certifications in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAR, WFS) or technology management
- Exceptional communication skills with experience briefing C-suite and board members
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future technology strategy implementations
