Responsibilities

- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot programs
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify disruptive threats/opportunities
- Develop KPIs to measure technology adoption impact
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Experience with scenario planning and risk assessment frameworks
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or MBA
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AI Strategy, Blockchain) preferred
