- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to incubate prototype initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and tech pioneers
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and adoption metrics
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Business Analytics, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching tech products/services with >$10M revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience advising C-suite executives
- Strong quantitative background with proficiency in scenario modeling and forecasting
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CIMP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization strategies
