Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management roles
- Proven track record of launching at least two groundbreaking tech products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong network within global tech innovation communities and research institutions
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
