Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2024-2026) and assess commercialization potential
- Lead strategic partnerships with research institutions and Fortune 500 tech firms
- Present innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen tech including quantum-resistant cryptography
- Monitor regulatory developments in AI governance and sustainable tech standards
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team of 8-12 specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with focus on emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, generative AI, and climate tech
- Experience developing tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Expertise in regulatory compliance for emerging technologies
