Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR) through 2026
- Analyze market trends and competitor landscapes to identify opportunities and threats
- Develop technology adoption roadmaps with measurable KPIs and ROI projections
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage an innovation ecosystem of startups, research institutions, and industry partners
- Monitor regulatory changes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or product development
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, startups, academia)
