Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap by identifying and validating emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and neurotech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype breakthrough solutions with 18-month market impact
- Develop patentable frameworks for human-AI symbiosis and ethical autonomous systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technological strategy with business objectives
- Establish industry benchmarks for ethical AI deployment and quantum security protocols
- Mentor next-generation technologists through our Future Leaders incubator program
- Represent InnovateForward at global tech summits as a thought leader in frontier technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining tech products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Deep expertise in exponential technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding for experimental projects
- Certification in Ethical AI Governance and Quantum Security Architecture
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global stakeholder engagement
